Lead Time & Manufacturing
Some products that are not in stock require 1-2 weeks lead time.
This is the case for custom (prototype) projects and user-defined Cerakote products.
These parts are made by additive manufacturing, small imperfections may occur.
We have multiple shipping providers available, choose one a check-out.
Products available in stock will be shipped within 1-3 days.
Delivering time depends on location, but is normally between 2-5 days.
Right of complaint
Under EU rules, you have the right to complain within 2 years if the goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to G-PARTS ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. one month is a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. For EU customers, we refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
G-PARTS ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
Before you return your product you must contact and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have 14 days to return a product bought in our shop unless it is stated differently on your order. The 14 days start from when the order is delivered.
If you wish to return the product, you must email us before the 14-day deadline. Hereafter, returned products must be in our hands within 7 days.
If you wish to return a product, you must send an email to: email@example.com.
Returning a non-defective product or a product out of the 14-day period will attract a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping costs.
You have to cover the shipping costs for returning the products.

Condition of products upon return
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties, and features.
In other words, you must try the product the same way as you do in a physical store.
If the product has been used in addition to what is described above, it is considered to be diminished in value. If you cancel or return the purchase, you will get a lower amount (or none) of the purchase amount back. It is up to G-PARTS ApS to assess the condition of the goods.
